What is your Refund Policy?

Requests for refunds will be honored if the request is made before the second day of camp. Requests must be made in writing to the Camp Administrator (email: warren_reed@chino.k12.ca.us). No pro-rated camp fees allowed; a $10 processing fee will be deducted for all refund requests.

Will you take photos of the campers?

Yes, we love to show just how much fun our campers are having at camp. We will post photos and videos on our social media pages. Parents/guardians will initial the waiver and return policy acknowledgement.

Our waiver states - I agree to hold harmless the Summer Youth Sports Camps Staff, the Ayala Youth Summer Camp Boosters, and the Chino Valley Unified School District, the County Superintendent of Schools, and all their employees and or agents from any and all injuries, losses, damages, and liability occurring from my and/or my child's participation in the activity for which I have enrolled. I also agree to be photographed, and/or agree to have my child photographed, and release the use of the photographs for the publicity in the Ayala Summer Youth Sport Camp publications and other public information tools.

How can I get in contact with the camp coaches if I have questions?

You can complete the “Contact Us” form and if we can, we will answer your questions. Otherwise, we will relay your message to the coaches.

What if my camper will be promoting from 8th grade this year (May 2025)?

These camps are specifically for youth grades 2 through 8. Some cams have specific age requirements. If you are an incoming 9th grader (2025-2026 school year), please register for the high school summer camps at https://ayalasports.com/

What is the camp gift?

Our camp gift differs every year. They can be a shirt, sling bag, etc. Some sports offer a camp specific gift, this will be stated in the camp description. For gifts provided by Ayala Youth Summer Camp, campers must be registered for camps by May 13, 2024 to receive a gift.

What is the last day to sign up for camps?

Sign ups are open until the first day of camp (dates differ). Walks up welcome, but only on the first day of camp. For safety reasons, cash payments will not be accepted.

Do you offer sibling discounts?

Currently, we do not have discounts available for siblings.
